Class is full

If you’re looking for small bite sized dishes found at a dim sum house, look no further. This hands-on class will make green onion pancakes, egg rolls and spicy, sour soup. Dim sum has its origins in China and dates back some 2,500 years. The concept may be very old, but the food will be fresh! Sampling and recipes shared.

Eva Hsia-Elwell is a graduate of Taiwan College. She teaches Oriental Torn Cotton Paper Art and Chinese cooking classes. Eva loves to share her passion for art and cooking with her classes by inviting them to have a hands-on experience.
