300F22 Building Powerful Friendships
with Melinda Adair
Why do some people make friends more easily than others? How can you attract and keep good quality relationships? This dynamic, engaging and challenging four-week course will cover topics such as: how to make friends and keep them; the differences between discussions, arguments and fights; defining personal boundaries; grief – what it is, how to process it and how to walk with friends as they grieve; and the power of compassion and engaging friends on social media, including how to set up a friendly profile, establish relationships, etc. There will be time in each class for group discussions, Q&A and mingling with others to establish potential friendships. This class is appropriate for ages 15+ if accompanied by an adult also registered for the class.
