Mmmm…the smell of a warm pie baking in the oven lets us know fall is almost here. In this hands-on class, a talented patisserie chef will walk you through the process of creating a delicious apple pie, from peeling apples to creating a special crust topping complete with cut-outs. Students should bring a vegetable peeler, paring knife, two mixing bowls, fork, rolling pin, and cutting board. All other supplies provided. Prepare your pie in class and take home to bake!
