Columbia Safety LLC is a locally owned and operated small business that was founded in 2016 by 2 nurses.  They felt there was a need for CPR and First-Aid training in the Tri-Cities area.  What started out as just teaching American Heart Association CPR and First-Aid classes in rented conference rooms, turned into a storefront in mid 2017.
